Warranty Policy
The following limited warranty is provided by OHUP to you as the original purchaser of the Products listed below (the "Product"). Please be aware that our limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.

How to obtain warranty service:
The warranty period starts by default from the date you purchase the product and is valid for 1 year.
If you experience issues with your product, please contact us at support@ohupfitness.com first.
Please send your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box the product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport. If the issue can’t be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.
What will be done to correct warranty issues?
Once we receive and review the necessary documentation and proof of purchase, we will take the following steps to address warranty issues:
Assessment: Our team will assess the provided photographs or videos to determine the extent and cause of the issue.
Repair or Replacement: Based on our assessment, we will decide whether to repair the product or provide a replacement. If repair is feasible, we will arrange for the necessary parts and instructions to be sent to you. If a replacement is needed, we will ship a new product to you.
Follow-up: We will follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction and that you are happy with the solution provided.
Please note that these actions will be taken promptly to minimize any inconvenience to you.
What is not covered under this limited warranty?
Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and under normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by this limited warranty.
Warranties also exclude damage caused by the following:
- Human factors, accidents, misuse of the product, or negligence
- Damage that occurs during product delivery
- Pet damage (other than bodily fluids)
- Odor elimination
- Stains resulting from acid, ink, wax, dyes, bleach (outside of recommended use), or similar liquids
- Natural disasters
- Fortuitous events
- Theft or loss of the product
- Riots, wars, looting, and vandalism
- Multiple claims filed at the same time
- Claims not initiated within the warranty period
- Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
- Neopods used beyond their calibrated limit of 25kg on one side are not covered.
